Awe World CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL
1.1. The ‘Terms and Conditions’ published on Awe World shall be read by reference here. This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions sets out Awe World ’s procedures and policies in accepting: (a) cancellation, (b) return, and (c) refund thereof. Any cancellation or refund of Products by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
2.1. By using Awe World and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Awe World, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on Awe World. Please note that, we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy. Every time you wish to use Awe World, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
3.1. You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product by Awe World or the seller. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
3.2. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our Awe World number, or any other method, as may be intimated by Awe World to you from time to time.
3.3. On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
4. TERMS OF RETURN & REFUND
4.1. You may initiate return of Products within the timelines and as per the terms stipulated under Annexure A (refer to the pointwise description provided at the end of this Policy) of this Policy. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy. Awe World will not process return if you have placed the order for a wrong Product model, colour or incorrect Product.
4.2. All our packages come with tamper proof packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered/and or outer package is damaged. Acceptance of a tampered or a damaged package will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product or missing accessories.
4.3. You may register a complaint or request for return through Awe World. To register a compliant or initiate return, please go to ‘Contact Us’ section and select ‘Write a Message’ tab or send WhatsApp message or e-mail us. To initiate return, you are required to write the subject as ‘LOG A COMPLAINT’ and provide the necessary details about the shipment and order, provide the details of the issue, if any, and request for return. For quality purposes, we may also require you to provide images of the Product sought to be returned.
4.4. If you have received any Product which is eligible for return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you to immediately register a request in this regard on the Awe World. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, we may request you to send us images/video maximum up to 60 seconds or 2MB of the damaged or defective Product received, Product packaging images, and/or our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage or defect in the Product. Further, to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, Awe World may in its sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as it may deem fit.
4.5. Please be informed that when you opt to return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy will be processed within a period of 1(one) business day from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Awe World are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or in your wallet associated with the Awe World (“Wallet”) eligible for Wallet refund, as may be chosen by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
4.6. Please be informed that for Products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery ‘, as a payment option, you will receive refunds in your bank account (as per the bank account details provided by you to us) in case the Product is purchased from a third-party seller made available. However, if the Sale was consummated by Awe World, you will receive your refund in your Wallet. We do not make any cash refunds.
4.7. The amount claimed as refund will be refunded to you within 15(fifteen) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

ANNEXURE A – RETURN TIMELINE & CONDITIONS
Category/Return Policy
- Electronics (Mobiles & Tablets, Home Appliances, Computers, Printers and IT, Kitchen Appliances, Smartwatches, Fitness Bands, Smart Wearables, Audio, Telephone sets, musical instrument, peripherals, photography devices, storage devices, power devices, entertainment promotion devices, or lighting products and Accessories, Office appliances) 05 days Returnable (T&C Apply)
The Products under this category, mobiles, tablets, wireless phones, audio enhancement, small domestic appliances, smartwatches, laptops, power, musical instrument, peripherals, photography devices, storage devices, power devices, entertainment promotion devices, or lighting products, (any item which you can install without the assistance of a technician) delivered has any physical damage, have a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description on Awe World, you are required to contact Awe World to intimate of any physical damage, missing or wrong product etc., within 24 hours of delivery. For such Products reported, return will only be processed, if the Product is not found to be activated and may be subjected to verification as per the terms of this Policy.
The Products under this category are returnable within 5 (five) days from date of delivery only if there is defect or is dead on arrival. You are required to contact Awe World to intimate about any defect or non-functionality condition of the Product i.e., if the Product delivered is dead on arrival (DOA). Product being reported under defective/DOA cases, the return will be processed subject to verification as per the terms of this Policy. However, for Brands other then AweWorld or Prithu you have to directly contact to the Brand Company which may be found on the relevant brand website. In case of any further assistance required, please contact the Awe World within 5 (five) days of delivery.
In case of any issue arising after 5 (five) days of delivery users may contact the manufacturer directly under the Product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).
Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
You should make sure that you erase any/all personal information from an electronic device that stores any personal information, prior to returning to us. Awe World shall not be liable for any misuse or loss or theft of such information.
2. Electronics (Televisions, Large Appliances like Air Coolers, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave.) 05 days Returnable (T&C Apply)
The Products under this category, air conditioners, televisions, water purifiers, refrigerators, convection microwave or washing machine (any item which requires installation/ demonstration by an authorised technician), you are required to contact Awe World to intimate about any damage, defect or non-functionality condition of the Product i.e., if the Product delivered is dead on arrival (DOA) within 5 (five) days of delivery*. Product being reported under damage, and defective/DOA cases, the return will be processed subject to verification as per the terms of this Policy. However, for brands other than Awe World or Prithu, you have to directly contact to the Brand which may be found on the relevant brand website. In case of any further assistance required, please contact the Awe World within 5 (five) days of delivery.
You shall have the option to contact the brand or the seller directly or Awe World shall arrange for a visit of a technician from the Brand/ Seller to assess the damage or defect and accordingly initiate the return.
*Products will not be eligible for returns if they are installed by a third-party technician not assigned by Awe World or the brand company.
Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
3. Electronics – Personal Care & Grooming – Oral care (Power Toothbrushes, Water Flossers and Accessories); Grooming (shavers, trimmer, epilator); Audio (in ear-earphones/ ear-bud) Non-Returnable
Products under this category are non-returnable due to hygiene/ personal care/wellness, and consumable nature of the Product.
In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, have a missing part or are different Product from what was ordered basis the Product description on Awe World, you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the abovementioned reasons.
In case you receive a Product, which is damaged or defective or is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on Awe World, you may contact Awe World for initiating refund process within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product. We may ascertain the damage or defect in the Product prior to processing the refund.
Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and process the refund. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
4. Electronics – Smart Devices- VR headsets/ VR glasses) Non-Returnable
Products under this category are non-returnable.
In the rare event if you receive a damaged, defective, having a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on Awe World, you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the abovementioned reasons.
In case you receive a Product, which is damaged, defective, having a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on Awe World, you may contact Awe World for initiating refund process within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product. We may ascertain the damage or defect in the Product prior to processing your request.

5. Electronics – Games – (Gaming Titles, Online Gaming, Skins/ Thumb grip/ Consumables) Non- Returnable
Products under this category are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the rare event if you receive a damaged, defective, having a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on Awe World, you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the above-mentioned reasons.
In case you receive a Product, which is damaged, defective, having a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on Awe World, you may contact Awe World for initiating refund process within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product. We may ascertain the damage or defect in the Product prior to processing your request.
Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and process the refund. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
6. Furniture (Bedroom, Living, Dining, Outdoor, Indoor) Non-Returnable
The Products under this category are non-returnable.
However, in the rare event if the Product is damaged or defective or not in working condition or has missing part or both the Product and shipping package is damaged or different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on Awe World, you are required to contact Awe World to intimate any damage or defect or missing part or difference in the Product basis the description provided on Awe World, within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
In any case, the return shall be initiated only when the Product is not used, and is cleaned, not altered or tampered by you. The Product should not have any foul odour, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damages unless otherwise delivered in such a condition.
In addition to the abovementioned conditions, we will accept the return if you keep the Product in its original condition, along with brand outer box, price/brand tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
For Products wherein installation or assembly services is provided by the seller or the brand, the installation must be done by such seller or the brand or the agent authorised by the seller or the brand. Any damage caused to the Product post-delivery due to wrong handling or assembly by you or third party not authorised by the seller or the brand, would render the Product ineligible for return, replacement or warranty.
In case of any issue arising after 7 days of delivery users may contact the manufacturer directly under the Product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).
Raising a request for refund beyond 24 hours of order delivery will result in your refund request being rejected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All above terms and conditions are/shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi courts of India.
