Question: How should I clean the fabric pre-filter?

Answer: Vacuum the exterior of the fabric pre-filter to remove dust as often as you'd like. When the pre-filter requires a deeper clean, it can be washed on a gentle, low temperature cycle in the washing machine.

Question: Why is my LED yellow?

Answer: The LED indicator will turn yellow after 5 months of operation to warn that it's almost time to change the filter. When the indicator light turns red (one month later), it’s time to change the main filter.
